SME Certification

The OIT-Boeing Program offers review classes for both the Certified Manufacturing Technologist and Certified Manufacturing Engineer exams.  Students completing the course(s) receive 4 upper division college credits.  The exams for both certifications are offered on the last day of class, although students are not required to pass the exam in order to pass the class.

Employees will need to sign up with the Learning Together Program which pays for tuition and textbooks.  The exam fee of $195.00 is not covered by LTP and must be paid for at the time of the exam.  The SME membership fee $42.50 is also not covered by LTP and must be paid for by the employee.
