Application Process for MS Degree Students
Applying for the Graduate Program
Students wishing to enroll in the Graduate Program need to:
- Complete and fax an masters application form and the Release of Information Form to the OIT-Boeing Program Office at 425-965-1514. Forms can also be mailed through Boeing inplant mail to the program office, mail code 60-AM. If the security clearance for your computer does not allow you to open the attachments, contact the OIT-Boeing Program at diane.tiefel@boeing.com, and the forms will be emailed to you.
- Submit additional graduate student supplement forms from the Admissions Office for students with international degrees.
- Enroll with the Learning Together Program at the Boeing Company, specifically choosing OIT-Seattle, Extended Studies at the school of choice, Manufacturing as the Major, and Masters as the Program
- Have all official academic transcripts of all university course work sent to:

- Have all university course work done outside the USA reviewed by an evaluation service. There are several such services that are acceptable and OIT often recommends World Education Services (www.wes.org). A "course-by-course evaluation" or a '"detail report" is necessary. These evaluations are also sent to the OIT-Boeing Program Office.
- Provide proof of proificiency in the English language. OIT requires that international graduate students score at leasts 550 on the Test of English as a Foreign Language. This is equivalent to a 79 on the Internet-based TOEFL (iBT) or 213 on the computer-based TOEFL. This requirment may be waived for some students whose primary language is English.
- Submit a photocopy of the I-20 form and passport if you are not a US citizen.
