A special application form for applicants living outside the United States.
If you wish to attend Oregon Tech as a part-time, non-degree-seeking student, this is the form for you. To qualify as a non-admit, you must take fewer than nine credit hours per quarter; you must not be seeking a degree; and you must not have been admitted to the university in the past.
You should complete this form if you wish to: 1. Re-enroll at OIT. (This means you are a former OIT student who was previously fully admitted to OIT and has not been enrolled for one or more terms.) 2. Update an earlier application for admission. (This means that you previously applied for full admission to OIT within the last two years, but did not enroll.)

If it is a financial hardship for you to pay the application fee, you may qualify to have the fee deferred until after you have enrolled at OIT. Complete this form and send it to the Admissions Office with the required documentation.
Complete this form to apply for the Manufacturing Engineering Technology Graduate Program.
Complete this form if you plan to attend both Oregon Tech and Portland Community College. The primary advantages of completing this form are that you only need to fill out one application for admission form to be admitted at both institutions and that it allows you to authorize OIT and PCC to freely share information about you with each other, which streamlines transcript requests and transfer evaluations.
