What athletic scholarships are available?
Each sport does have scholarships available and are allocated by the individual Coach.

In what athletic association(s), divisions(s) and conferences does the college participate?
Oregon Tech is a member of the NAIA (National Association of Intercollegiate Athletics), and is a charter member of the Cascade Collegiate Conference.

In what intercollegiate sports does the college participate (men and women)?
Oregon Tech fields NAIA sponsored teams in Baseball, Softball, Mens and Womens Basketball, Mens and Womens Cross Country, Womens Soccer, Mens and Womens Track and Field, and Womens Volleyball.

Does the college offer an intramural program and if so, which sports are the most popular?
Oregon Tech does offer an extensive intramural program with Basketball, Flag Football, and Softball being the most popular.

Does the college offer varsity and junior varsity cheerleading opportunities? Scholarships?
No, there are no cheerleading squads at this time.

What general athletic facilities exist for overall student use?
The Techfit Center houses a pool, gymnasium, weight room, circuit machines, universal equipment, cardiovascular equipment, and a climbing wall. Our campus also has six lighted outdoor tennis courts, a roller hockey rink, paintball field, a softball field, 8-lane 400 meter all-weather surface track and athletic fields. The center is open to the entire OIT family. Students taking nine or more credit hours per term have free membership. Call 885-1624 for more information. The surrounding area also offers lakes, ice skating, athletic clubs, sports complex, parks and many trails for running, walking, biking, roller-blading, cross country skiing, etc.
