After growing up in a rural community outside of Augusta, Georgia, I spent ten years in the Carolina Lowcountry prior to moving to New England in 2001. While living in the Boston area I worked for a number of private, liberal arts colleges, developed a fervor for Boston sports, and worked continuously to overcome the anxiety that resulted from my separation from Southern cuisine. The opportunity to live in the beautiful Pacific Northwest and work at Oregon Tech prompted my relocation in the summer of 2014 to Klamath Falls where I now call home.
I was accompanied on my move by my rescued dog and cat and I maintain interests in culture, animal welfare, outdoor activities and most things sporting.

Why I Enjoy Working in Admissions
It gives me the opportunity to help prospective students follow the path of self-development through education. It also gives me the opportunity to work as a member of a great team!
