Prior to Oregon Tech:
Collins, a shortstop/second baseman for Roseburg High School, earned Southwest Conference first-team all-league accolades to go with a third-team All-State award in 2010. The Indian infielder batted .403 overall, stole 21 bases, and was name team MVP at RHS. Collins was also a member of the Oregon Gold Panthers ASA team. A pre-nursing major at Oregon Tech.
