Warner Pacific Overcomes Second Half Deficit to Defeat Oregon Tech
PORTLAND, Ore. - Oregon Tech relinquished their second half lead with just under 10 minutes to play and never could recover, as Warner Pacific College escaped Bart Valentine Court in Portland with a 61-54 victory tonight in Cascade Collegiate Conference men’s basketball action.

Oregon Tech falls to 10-7 on the season and will take a 1-4 CCC record to Concordia University on Saturday.
Derek Evans recorded a career-high 18 points to go with 4 rebounds and 3 assists tonight for the Hustlin’ Owls. Mihajlo Matic added 15 points with Josh Johnson scoring 8 points and Brandon Bautista 10 assists in the loss for Tech.
Oregon Tech hit just 35.2% from the floor (19-of-54), including 8-for-24 from long range and 8-of-13 at the free throw line. WPC, meanwhile, connected on 42.6% of their tries, but struggled from the 3-point line (4-of-15) and hit only 17-of-27 from the charity stripe.
