KLAMATH FALLS, Ore. – Head coach Jack Kegg announced the signing of Shelby Thompson (Roseburg, Ore.) to the Oregon Tech women’s track and field roster beginning next spring.

Thompson, a two-time State qualifier at Glide High School, competes in the hurdles and the triple jump events.  Thompson’s PR’s include a 16.44 second time in the 100 meter hurdles and a 49.74 second 300 meter hurdle time.  Thompson has a distance of 33-5.75 in the triple jump.

“Shelby has great potential in the jumps and will contribute in the relays and hurdles as well,” said Kegg.  “She is a very good student and quality teammate. I am very excited to have Shelby in the program.”
