Justin Parnell Named Cascade Conference Player of the Week

PORTLAND, Oregon --- Oregon Tech guard Justin Parnell (6-4 SR. Sutherlin, Ore.) has been named the Cascade Conference men’s basketball Player of the Week.

In two big road victories last week, Parnell averaged 24.5 points, 4.5 rebounds and shot 47 percent from the floor as the Hustlin’ Owls knocked off CCC co-leaders Northwest and Evergreen.

In a 64-57 win over Northwest, Parnell had 21 points and four rebounds. One night later, vs. Evergreen, Parnell poured in 28 points and pulled down five rebounds.

Parnell was also honored as CCC Player of the Week in November.

Concordia University’s Danielle Clauson, was the women’s Player of the Week.
