Oregon Tech Battles Back, Falls Late to Concordia

PORTLAND, Ore. – Trailing 9-4, Oregon Tech used a two run fifth inning and a three run seventh to tie the game only to see Concordia comeback with a pair of runs in the eight to defeat the Owls 11-10 tonight in the second game of the Northwest Challenge.
Oregon Tech falls to 4-10 overall and will conclude play tomorrow with a doubleheader versus Puget Sound University beginning at 10 a.m.
Ryan Hayden and Dylan Rogers finished 3-for-4 at the plate with Hayden adding a triple and Rogers a pair of doubles. Hayden scored four runs for Tech and Rogers drove in six runs in the loss. Zack Earle finished with two hits, including a double, while an Alex Reynolds single in the second inning drove in two runs and Brad Walters recorded an RBI.
