Conditt Named Women’s Outdoor Field Athlete of the Week
LaGrande, Ore. - Oregon Tech’s Kassi Conditt, a sophomore from La Pine, Ore., has been named the Red Lion Women’s Outdoor Field Athlete of the Week for the period ending March 11.
Conditt, in her first meet of the season, placed first in the shot put as Tech's only individual champion at the Lane Preview. The sophomore had the top toss of 41 feet, 10.75 inches. She followed up with a third place finish in the discus with a top mark of 106 feet, seven inches.
Conditt will look to get back to the 2012 NAIA national championships after a 7th place finish in the shot put last year.
