REDDING, CA (March 15, 2008)—The Oregon Tech Softball team improved their overall record to 10-6, after picking up two wins over Bethany University in a non-league double-header, played in Redding, CA.
Tech used the eight-run rule against the Bruins in game one, winning 10-2 in the shortened five inning affair. Katie King, Bess Fagan and Amber Sinicrope each had three hits in the opener, with King picking up three RBI and Fagan knocking in two Owl runners. Winning pitcher, Jenni Bittle and Jenny Austin both had two RBI.
