“We are very excited to have Tess joining our program at Oregon Tech,” said Coach Meredith. “She is a quality young woman who excels in the classroom and shows real leadership qualities. Her competitiveness and basketball IQ will help ease the transition from high school to the college game. At 5’11” Tess has tremendous athletic ability and will move from the 5 position to a 3 or 4 for us. She has the potential to become a tremendous 3-point shooter and an outstanding player in the Cascade Conference.”

Armstrong is the daughter of Vicky Armstrong and Jim Armstrong, both of Eureka. Tess will be a Health Sciences major at Oregon Tech.
