Oregon Tech Falls 9-6 at Willamette

SALEM, Ore. –Oregon Tech scored once in the eighth inning and three times in the ninth but it was not enough to overcome a 9-2 deficit, as the Owls dropped a non-conference game today to Willamette University by a 9-6 final.
Dylan Rogers led the Oregon Tech offensive attack with a 2-for-5 effort at the plate that included four RBI with a double and homerun. Alex Reynolds, Matt Miller, Kevin Shulemson and Zack Earle finished the game with two hits each with Earle and Reynolds recording doubles. Ryan Hayden and Dustin Norman rounded out Tech’s 12 hit effort each with singles in the contest.
Oregon Tech drops to 13-18 overall and resumes NAIA West action versus Simpson University in Medford with doubleheaders scheduled for Saturday and Sunday at Charter Field at Cellular One Community Park beginning at noon both days.
