Schelb and Sentman Earn CCC Athlete of the Week Honors

PORTLAND, Ore. -- Oregon Tech’s Bryant Sentman, a junior from Cottage Grove, Ore., has been named Cascade Collegiate Conference Male Field Athlete of the Week as announced by the League office. Sentman recorded a career-best 203-5 effort in winning the javelin at the Oregon-California Border Clash in Arcata, Calif. His mark is the fifth-best in the NAIA this season. This is the second week in a row Sentman has received this Honor.

Oregon Tech’s Sarah Schelb, a senior from Chiloquin, Ore., was named Cascade Collegiate Conference Female Field Athlete of the week. Schelb posted a winning mark of 155-10 in the javelin at the Oregon-California Border Clash in Arcata, Calif. Schelb won her event by more than 30 feet. This is the second time Schelb has received the Honor this season.
