Mariah Karther-Miller Signs Letter of Intent  |
KLAMATH FALLS, Ore. -- - Oregon Tech Head Women’s Basketball Coach Scott Meredith announced today the signing of Mariah Karther-Miller, a 5-9 guard from Mazama High School.
Karther-Miller averaged 12.2 points, 2.8 assists, 4.8 rebounds and 2 steals per game last season at Mazama. She also shot 46% from the floor and an impressive 38% from three point range on her way to a Southern Sky Conference 1st Team selection.
“We are very happy to announce that Mariah has chosen to stay home to attend Oregon Tech and play basketball for the Lady Owls,” said Coach Meredith. “She is a talented and experienced player who is absolutely lethal from outside. In addition, Mariah has a great work ethic and is a tremendous student. This is great news for our program and our fans in the Klamath Basin.”
Karther-Miller is the daughter of Ray and Jeanie Miller of Klamath Falls. She plans to be a Psychology and Communications Major at Oregon Tech.
