Portland, Ore. - - Oregon Tech’s Hannah Brewster, a 5-6 sophomore from Medford, Ore., was named the Cascade Conference Libero of the Week. Brewster totaled 94 digs in six matches as the Owls posted a 4-2 record to improve to 6-4 on the season. Honorable mention: Whitney Owen, College of Idaho; Dana Clark, Northwest Christian.

Other winners for CCC Players of the week-

Setter -Northwest Christian’s Cori Wallace, a 5-7 freshman from Klamath Falls, Ore., was named the CCC’s Setter of the Week after posting 90 assists in four matches at the Lewis-Clark State Tournament in Lewiston. Wallace had a season-high 31 assists in the Beacons’ 3-1 non-conference victory over Warner Pacific. Wallace also had 46 digs in the tournament. Honorable mention: Naomi Reimer, College of Idaho; Sarah Svedin, Oregon Tech.

Hitter -College of Idaho’s Sarah Harris, a 5-10 senior from MIddleton, Idaho, was named the CCC’s Hitter of the Week. In five matches, Harris averaged 4.17 kills and posted a .353 hitting percentage on her way to earning all-tournament honors at the Tournament of Champions in Salt Lake City. Harris also had 15 assisted blocks, four solo blocks, and 14 digs for the 16th-ranked Yotes. Honorable mention: Cassie Bishop, Northwest Christian; Megan Christensen, Oregon Tech.
