Minor and Baldovino Lead Oregon Tech at Charles Bowles Invitational

SALEM, Ore. – Scott Minor led the Tech men, while Lakeview High graduate Ashley Baldovino crossed first for the Owl women at the 37^th annual Charles Bowles Invitational cross country race Saturday held at Busch Pasture Park in Salem.

Minor finished 28^th overall with a time of 25:17.09, with James Hull crossing in 26:26.40 and Kirby Garlitz in 26:48.28. The winning time in the 8K was William Kincaid running unattached in 24:01.56.

Baldovino placed 93^rd overall in the 5K with a time of 19:48.02, while Jessica Bath followed in 19:48.73 and Katie Waugh in 20:06.51. The winning 5K time was Kristen Rhoda running unattached in 17:17:25.81.

Oregon Tech competes next at the Knight Invitational hosted by Warner Pacific at Lentz Park in Portland on Saturday, October 15^th.
