Simpson Defeats Puget Sound Christian 90-82

Klamath Falls, Oregon (November 5, 2005) --- The Simpson Red Hawks outlasted Puget Sound Christian 90-82 for third place in the Midland Empire Ohio Casualty tournament Saturday afternoon. Second rated Southern Oregon will meet fourth rated Oregon Tech for the championship at 8 p.m.

Melbourne Sattler doubled up for the Red Hawks (1-1) with 21 points and 16 rebounds while teammate Markise Morrison added 19 points.

Terry Ayres led the losers with 20 points while Ashley Robinson added 17 points and 10 rebounds for the Anchormen (3-2).

Puget Sound Christian will remain in Klamath Falls to play Oregon Tech on Sunday at 3 p.m.
