Lady Owls Ink Idaho Guard

KLAMATH FALLS, Ore. - Oregon Tech head women’s basketball coach, Scott Meredith, announced today that Mary Drzayich from Eagle, Idaho has signed a Letter of Intent and will join the Lady Owls next fall.

Drzayich, a 5-8 shooting guard for Eagle High School, is currently averaging 10.5 points, 2 steals, 3.5 rebounds, and 2 assists per game, while shooting 34% from 3pt range. Mary is Team Captain, a member of the National Honor Society and 3-time member of the Conference All Academic Team.

Oregon Tech head women’s basketball coach Scott Meredith on the signing of Drzayich, “We are really excited with Mary’s choice of Oregon Tech. She is an outstanding student with a tremendous work ethic, and she possesses great speed and quickness”. Meredith continues, “She is has a very high basketball IQ with a text book Jump-shot”.

Mary is the daughter of Fred and Kellie Drzayich of Eagle, Idaho and plans to major in Civil Engineering at Oregon Tech.
