KLAMATH FALLS, OR -- Oregon Tech head men’s basketball coach Danny Miles announced recently that Josh Wiseman of Santa Fe College will join the Oregon Tech roster for the upcoming 2012-13 season.

At Baker City Senior High School in Florida, Wiseman shot 47% from the 3-point line while averaging 23 points, 12 rebounds, 5 blocks, 3 steals and 6 assists on his way to First-Team All-State honors in 2009.

Wiseman played in 16 games last year at Santa Fe College in Gainesville, Fla. before being sidelined after an injury.  The 6-5 shooting guard averaged 13.4 points, 4.0 rebounds and 3.1 assists while leading the nation in 3-point shooting.

“Josh is a very gifted player and will be a very solid player in our system,” said Miles “He has been well coached and competed at a very high level junior college in Florida”.

Josh is the son of Dawn Wiseman and will major in communication studies at Oregon Tech beginning this fall.
