Volleyball match - Event to Aid Breast Cancer Fight

(KLAMATH FALLS, Ore.) - - The Oregon Tech volleyball team will host “Volley For A Cure” event to promote breast cancer awareness on Saturday, October, 6th versus Concordia University. The night’s purpose is to raise awareness for breast cancer, as the Owls face the Cavaliers in volleyball action at Danny Miles Court.
Oregon Tech fans may bleed blue and gold, but the Klamath Falls campus will be awash in pink on Saturday, October 6th at 7:00pm on Danny Miles Court with the first 300 fans receiving a free pink shirt, sizes are limited so arrive early.
Head Coach Jason Corwin is hoping for great support from the Oregon Tech volleyball fans. This is an important opportunity for his team to help a worthy cause. The Lady Owls will also be in pink uniforms thanks to an anonymous donor.
Tickets for Friday’s match are $4 for adults and $2 for seniors and students – Oregon Tech students are admitted free with student ID. The match starts at 7 p.m. Donations will be accepted and will go directly for breast cancer research.
