KLAMATH FALLS, Ore. -- Oregon Tech Head Women’s Basketball Coach Scott Meredith announced today the signing of Carly McIsaac, a 5-9 guard from Tumwater High School in Tumwater, Washington.
McIsaac led the Evergreen Conference in scoring this past year as she averaged 18.5 points per game while shooting over 50% for the season. She also grabbed 4.3 rebounds while dishing out 3 assists and thieving 4 steals per game. For her efforts, McIsaac was named Team MVP, 1st Team All-Conference, and was selected to the Olympian’s All- Area 1st Team. She also was selected to play in the Southwest Washington Senior All-Star game.
“Carly had an exceptional senior year at Tumwater High School and earned virtually every post-season award available.” said Coach Meredith. “We were initially impressed with Carly’s defensive abilities, but then she went out and led her league in scoring this past season. I think that shows what a solid all-around player she is. Carly has tremendous potential and we are very happy she is becoming a Hustlin’ Owl.
McIsaac is the daughter of Kim and Ralph McIsaac of Tumwater, Wash. She will be a Psychology major at Oregon Tech.
Oregon Tech will open up the 2012-2013 Season at home on Saturday, November 3rd against Walla Walla University.
