Why I Enjoy Working in Campus Life

I love working with students to help them achieve their goals and get the most of out of their college experience! I love watching students grow over the course of a year, seeing them take on challenges, overcome them, and flourish. It's encouraging for me to get to be apart of your lives!

Josie Hudspeth

Biography

Josie relocated to Klamath Falls from Lake Hughes, California where she was involved in a wide variety of athletic organizations and service projects. She loves to travel, explore the outdoors, and experience different cultures through food and music. She is involved with local theater with the Linkville Players and has recently been cast in productions of Current Economic Conditions, Vino Veritas, and Scarlet.

My favorite place on campus is the lawn between Boivin and Semon Halls overlooking the fields and the lake.

Biography

Originally, I come from the Bay Area in California. My husband and I moved to Klamath Falls in 2002 from San Jose. We have raised 3 wonderful children, now grown and married. All are here in Klamath Falls, with their spouses and we feel very blessed with 9 (soon to be 10) grandchildren.

Education

Studied Business Management and Computer Science at College of the Sequoia’s in Stockton, CA.

Favorite Place on Campus

The large fountain in front of the College Union. I love sitting in the sun and reading, meditating, or simply watching everything moving around me. This area is perfect me!

Why I enjoying working in Campus Life

I have always loved and enjoyed working with people. Coming into the Educational Industry is very new to me; and I have to say I am thoroughly enjoying it! The positive feedback, encouragement and happy people I come across daily have truly been a motivational positive experience for me. I am eager to learn more and grow with Oregon Tech Campus Life.
