Why did you choose Oregon Tech?

The main reason why I love Oregon Tech is because it is a small school. Since I grew up in California there are not many small universities or schools that provide my major, so choosing OT was the best choice I could have made. Since OT is a smaller school, the number of students sitting in one class is not overwhelming compared to classes in a larger city.

I especially love that if I have any questions about my work the professors are always available to answer them in class or during office hours. Oregon Tech is also a diversified college with students from all around the states and countries, so I'm not worried about not being able to meet anyone on campus. Also, everyone is so friendly including people in the Klamath Falls community.

Why did you choose your major?

In the future I would like to become an anesthesiologist and I believe going into Respiratory Care can help lead me to that path.

What do you plan to do with your degree?

I plan to graduate with my Bachelors in Respiratory Care and then continue my degree in Anesthesiology for my Masters. Going to medical school for anesthesiology is my dream!

What would you like us to know about you?

I grew up in a Buddhist family.
