Meant to develop flexibility.  This class is designed for the beginner.

Cardio Kickboxing
A high-energy, sweaty workoug.  We will do Turbo Kick and Taebo style workouts.

Aqua-Jogging/Hydro Fit Boots*
A deep water, slow/deep fat burn workout.  We will wear Hydro Fit Boots or Aqua-Jogging Belts
