My name is Shelly Roof and I am the Student Director for the WRC. I am currently a junior in Renewable Energy Engineering and am the Business Liaison for the 2015 New Student Orientation Team. Apart from my on campus jobs, I am also Vice President for the Society of Women Engineers, and a member of the Oregon Tech Honors Program and Engineering Sorority.
I am originally from Hawaii but moved to Klamath falls for the REE program. My hobbies include circuitry, crafting, French horn, sewing, vegan cooking, traveling, and near-death adventures.
The best part about working for the WRC is connecting with women and finding out ways to truly help students at Oregon Tech and in the community. I always love hearing new ideas for events and how I can help you so if you have an idea please let me know! :)

Natalie Ross is a senior in the Oregon Tech’s business department. Her degree title is Management with an option in Marketing. She expects to graduate in June of 2016.
Natalie spends her extra time as a youth leader and mentors young girls from elementary age through high school. Natalie also enjoys traveling and has already been to Europe, Asia, and around the United States. Drawing, doodling, and writing short stories is something she finds therapeutic. She enjoys laughing, smiling, and is always interested in hearing a good joke.
She likes working for Oregon Tech’s Women’s Resource Center because she is able to listen, support, and encourage those around her. In regards to the WRC’s newsletter and other media usage, Natalie is thrilled to use her skills in marketing and writing to educate and inspire the women on the Oregon Tech campus.
My name is Tifany Lagos, I am from San Pedro Sula, Honduras. I am currently a junior in Oregon Tech studying Renewable Energy Engineering. One of my favorite things about working for the Women’s Resource Center is that I get the opportunity to relate to other students at OIT through the events and awareness programs we offer. During my free time I like to hang out with friends, sing, dance, and play board games.
My name is Cheyenne Low. I am studying Radiologic Science with a minor in psychology. My hobbies include: hiking, crafting, swimming, watching netflix and snuggling in, reading, and making the world a better place with my community service efforts. I am also the President of Circle K. I was just recently hired at the Women's Resource Center. I love the close knit family feel all the women share, the fun craft nights, standing up for women's rights, and make other women feel empowered!
I am a junior at Oregon Tech and am currently in the early-admission program for Clinical Laboratory Science. I am from Arizona originally, but I have spent most of my life in California and Oregon. I enjoy writing, camping, visiting new places, and reaching out to others.
Working at the WRC is important to me because we provide resources and support to women of all ages and cultures. I have wanted to get involved since I came to Oregon Tech as a freshman, and now I look forward to the events this upcoming year!
