About LAD Scholarships
Oregon Tech awards Leadership and Diversity (LAD) Scholarships each year to students who meet the application criteria. Students must not have a bachelor's degree in order to receive an LAD Scholarship. LAD Scholarship recipients are expected to attend the Leadership & Diversity Scholars Community Reception that will be held once per term, attend three events, activities, or workshops per term sponsored by Oregon Tech surrounding the topics of leadership development and/or cultural competency (diversity-education), and meet one-to-one with a staff member from Student Involvement & Belonging once per term.

Leadership and Diversity Scholarships are $3,000 per year for Oregon residents or those attending under the Western Undergraduate Exchange and $4,000 per year for non-residents.
