Below are listed the names, locations, and maximum occupancy for each of the reservable spaces in the College Union. To see a map of the College Union & the layout of these spaces, click on the attachments on the right side of the page, listed under "Download Maps". Union Peak Lounge
This lounge is located at the east end of the first floor, and is a popular space for students to gather and study. The lounge features a fireplace and a number of comfortable couches and chairs for a relaxed atmosphere. Union Peak Lounge is also the entrance to CU Information, ASOregon Tech, and the Diversity Center.

Bookstore Lobby
The Bookstore Lobby sits just inside the main entrance to the College Union, and at the base of the circular staircase. This makes it a great location for display tables, sales booths, and a registration area for a larger event.

Bistro
The Union Bistro is Oregon Tech's coffee shop, open in the morning and early afternoon during the week. The area also offers a number of tables and chairs, and is most often used for smaller events, such as karaoke night and various coffeehouse acts.

Auditorium Lobby
The Auditorium Lobby is a smaller lounge that is most often used with the Auditorium, as the two are located right next to one another. It is also a popular place for students to gather and study, and it offers a number of comfortable couches and chairs. The Auditorium lobby is the location of the campus Post Office.

Auditorium
The Auditorium is one of the most popular spaces in the College Union, and is used for larger events, ranging from comedians and hypnotists to speakers and theater productions.

- 365 (the Auditorium has permanent theater seating, which cannot
be moved or altered)

East Auditorium
The Auditorium has a temporary wall that can be used to divide it into two separate spaces. The smaller halves of the Auditorium are most often used for classes during the week, as well as smaller gatherings and events.

Mt. Mazama Room
Mt. Mazama is the largest single conference room in the College Union, and it offers two window walls that overlook some of Klamath Falls' most beautiful scenery.

Mt. Scott Room
Mt. Scott is a mid-sized conference room adjacent to Mt. Mazama, which also offers a window wall with a view.

Crater Lake Complex
There is a temporary wall separating Mt. Mazama and Mt. Scott, which can be removed, to join the two rooms. This space is often used for banquets and receptions, because of its close proximity to the kitchen and catering facilities.

The exterior walls of Mt. Mazama and Mt. Scott are also removable, which allows for a very large space, combining Mt. Mazama, Mt. Scott, and the Crater Lake Complex Lobby. This space is most often used for very large groups, and especially for banquets.

Cascades Dining
Cascades offers the best view, as the full west wall is comprised of windows, and overlooks Upper Klamath Lake. This space is next to the Marketplace and Subway, and can be reserved for dances or other similar events. Cascades Dining leads outside to the CU deck, which is a great location for smaller outside events in warmer weather.

Sunset Room
Sunset is one of the more popular meeting rooms in the College Union, because it is large and functional, it has a door to the deck (especially nice on sunny days), and it has a great view!
Sunset offers a boardroom table and cushioned rolling chairs. Please note that this boardroom table is permanent and cannot be moved or altered, so please plan accordingly when reserving this space. This table occupies half of the room, and the other half is available to be used for a presentation, reception, or any number of other events.

Mt. Shasta Lounge
Mt. Shasta Lounge offers more comfortable seating, in addition to a few tables and chairs, which makes it a great place to gather or study. The lounge also has a big-screen TV and fireplace, and is the entrance to the Outdoor Program, Game Room, and Sunset Lounge.

Mt. Bachelor Lounge
Mt. Bachelor Lounge is a smaller space connected to Mt. Shasta Lounge, and serves as the entrance to Mt. Bailey, Mt. Theilsen, and Mt. McLoughlin.

Mt. Bailey is the smallest conference room currently in the College Union, and works great for smaller meetings and events.

Mt. McLoughlin Room
Mt. McLoughlin is a comfortable space as it offers a boardroom table and cushioned rolling chairs. This boardroom table cannot be moved or altered, so please plan accordingly when reserving this space. Mt. McLoughlin also offers a wall-mounted whiteboard/bulletin board, and an exterior entrance.

Diamond Peak Room
Diamond Peak is a smaller, more private meeting room located at the south end of the College Union. It is very comfortable for any small boardroom-style meeting.
