Web For Student | Enrollment Verification Request Form
Students may request Enrollment Verifications in one of the several ways listed below:

Login to Web for Student and go under your Student Records and click on Enrollment Verification. This will take you to a link through the National Student Clearinghouse, where you will be able to print an enrollment verification after inserting your personal information. If you are having trouble logging in to Web for Student, please contact us for help at 541-885-1305.

Click on the Enrollment Verification Request Form. After you fill out the form, you can mail, fax or deliver directly to the Registrar’s Office.
