Career Services Online (CSO) is a tool to allow you, as a faculty employer/recruiter, to facilitate the process of recruiting student-workers. Registering with CSO provides you with the ability to:
- Visit one centralized online location to post and manage an unlimited number of jobs
- Set parameters for your job openings
- Receive email reminders when a student applies for jobs and when a posting is about to expire
- Manage student applicants
The 2013 revision of the Student Employment Guidelines can be found in Forms & Information. IMPORTANT UPDATE for departments wishing to set a wage more than $2.00 above minimum: Pay Rate Exception forms must be submitted and approved by the VP of Finance and Administration BEFORE the job is posted.
