Re-enrolling and Update Application
If you were previously fully admitted to Oregon Tech, but have not enrolled in classes for four consecutive terms, you must be readmitted before you can register. Please print out and complete the attached Re-enrolling and Update Application, and then submit it to the Distance Ed Office. Please note: Send this application to the Distance Education Office and not to the Admissions office.
Please also submit official transcripts for all colleges you have attended since your last enrollment with Oregon Tech.
