Distance Ed offers bachelor's degree completion programs in Allied Health, Dental Hygiene, Echocardiography, IT Online, Radiologic Science, Respiratory Care, and Vascular Technology.  More information on these programs can be found on the Distance Ed web site under Academic Programs.

To apply for one of our degree completion programs, please complete the following steps.

  1. Print out and complete the attached Online Degree Completion Program Application for Admission (and the application checklist), provided in PDF format.
  2. Mail your application, an unofficial copy of your registry or licensure documents (as described for each program on the application checklist), and a check for $100 (made out to Oregon Institute of Technology) to the Distance Ed Office at the address provided below.  A copy of your registry or licensure document must accompany your application for OIT to begin processing the application.  This document verifies your eligibility for admission to the program. 
  3. Request that official transcripts from all colleges you have attended be sent to Distance Ed.
  4. Request that an official copy of your registry or licensure documents (as described for each program on the application checklist) be mailed to the Distance Ed Office. This official copy will enable OIT to grant college credit based on your credentials.
