Thank you for all of the contributions you’ve made to the foundation. Thanks to you, I will graduate debt free from a school I otherwise wouldn’t have been able to attend.
Why did you choose Oregon Tech?
I chose Oregon Tech because I was able to continue my basketball career and because I heard great things about Tech's academic success. The record of the basketball team was appealing, as was the small class sizes. After experiencing both, I wouldn't want to have attended college anywhere else.
What do you like best about your major?
I love the small class sizes, professors and how passionate they are about our success. They have fostered an environment in which I have found a passion for the human body and a desire to learn more every day. I have also really enjoyed the people I have met and friends I have made that share the same interests as well as those who don't.
What is your favorite memory from Oregon Tech?
The ability to play basketball for the last five years and the friendships I've developed within the team, as well as when I met my wife in math class freshman year.
What career do you hope to have after you graduate from Oregon Tech?
I hope to be a physical therapist and take my profession to areas of the world in need. I want to give hope to the people around the world who don't have immediate access to rehabilitation either following an injury or due to a congenital defect. I would also like to impact lives of future students who find themselves in the same position as I am now.
What would you say to the donor or donors who support Oregon Tech. What does their support mean to you?
Thank you for all of the contributions you've made to the foundation. Thanks to you, I will graduate debt free from a school I otherwise wouldn't have been able to attend. The community support and financial stability has been a huge blessing in my life as well as the lives of many other recipients.
