Purchase Computer or Software for Office

Need a quote for a desktop computer, notebook computer or software?

  1. Call the ITS Help Desk at 885-1470 and log a call. (Your item will be shipped to the ITS department. If we have a call in our system, we'll know that we should be expecting something for you.) Keep the call reference number the Help Desk gives you for future reference.
  2. If you want a standard desktop computer or standard notebook computer, you then need to go to MyOIT - Price Quotes and get a copy of the current Oregon Tech quote. Please note that these quotes have an expiration date listed on them. If you need something different than the standard item, let the Helpdesk know and someone in ITS will get a special quote together for you and send it to you.
  3. Order the item from your index code using the Banner FIS system. Please call the Helpdesk and give them the Purchase Order (PO) number. Be sure to repeat to them what call reference number they gave you when you first called.
  4. When the item arrives in ITS, we will look up your call ticket to see if there are any special requests. Once the item is ready, someone in ITS will call you to arrange for pick-up or deliver.
