Images and Documents
Libraries
Images and documents used by the website are stored in what are referred to as "Libraries". These "Libraries" are like folders for holding/organizing files. To get to the libraries, first click on the "Modules" heading:
And then select the "Images & Documents" subheading:
Adding Files to a Library
Most users will already find that a library has already been created for their department. In the appropriate dept. library, you can upload images or documents and then import/link to a webpage.
Helpful Tip
View as a "List" and sort alphabetically by "Name" to find your department or necessary Library folder more quickly.
