Step 5: (optional) Apply for an Alternative Loan

If you need additional funds and have exhausted all other options, you may want to consider an Alternative Loan.  Please review the lender searches on this website in order to make a decision about which alternative lender will work best for you.  Alternative loans are also known as Private or Supplemental Loans.
