Email Quick Fixes
If you are currently having troubles accessing your email try these fixes first:
- Outlook
- Restart Outlook
- Restart your PC
- If you use POP3: Check your settings to see if you are using 'mail.oit.edu' as your POP Server.
- Online Access
- Blackberry
- Check your advanced settings and remove “/exchange” from the connection sting which should read

If you need a quote for an OIT computer go to my.oit.edu, login and go to the Technology Services tab. Under Faculty/Staff Resources you will find a link to Price Quotes. If you would like a custom quote please send an email to helpdesk@oit.edu with a description of what you want.
