Email Quick Fixes

If you are currently having troubles accessing your email try these fixes first:

• Outlook
  • Restart Outlook
  • Restart your PC
  • If you use POP3: Check your settings to see if you are using 'mail.oit.edu' as your POP Server.
• Online Access
  • Login to http://mail.oit.edu/
• Blackberry
  • Check your advanced settings and remove “/exchange” from the connection sting which should read
    • mail.oit.edu

ITS Quick Tip - Facilities Services Work Order Requests

To quickly and easily submit a work request for Facilities Services log into your MyOit at my.oit.edu. Once logged in go to the HR tab then click on Work Order Request under the Other Forms heading. Fill out the form and click Submit and  Facilities will be notified of the request.
