Provides a full-text resource for anyone who works with metals and materials. Includes the complete content of 21 ASM Handbook volumes plus 2 ASM Desk Editions.


Encyclopedia Britannica Online
Includes the complete Encyclopedia Britannica, as well as Merriam-Webster's Collegiate Dictionary and Thesaurus. Users can also search Britannica Internet Guide, an Internet directory that includes more than 200,000 links to Web sites selected, rated, and reviewed by Britannica editors. ENGnetBASE
Includes a critically acclaimed collection of bes-selling engineering handbooks and reference titles online. Also available are subsets called CivilEngineeringnetBASE, Electrical EngineeringnetBASE, MechanicalEngineeringnetBASE, and TELECOMMUNICATIONSnetBASE.


NetLibrary
Selected books full text online. The NetLibrary collection consists of older, classic books, such as those by Shakespeare or Mark Twain, and books about computer science and the Pacific Northwest. It also includes books well-reviewed in Choice, an academic book review journal.

Safari Tech Books Online
Provides books online for programmers and IT professionals. You can search through all the technical books in the library to find specific information or read books from cover to cover. You can also browse by category. Examples of topics are XML, database information, and .Net.

Xreferplus is a giant online reference library that provides you with access to a selection of reference books. Xreferplus includes encyclopedias, dictionaries, thesauri and books of quotations, not to mention a range of subject-specific titles covering everything from art to accountancy and literature to law.
