Your user name is: firstname.lastname (e.g. John.Doe)
Your password is: your first initial, your last initial, and the last four digits of your Social Security Number.
For example, John Doe's last four digits are 1234. His password is jd1234. If your Social Security Number was not available on our system at the time of your account creation, the numbers 1111 were used to create your password. In this case, John Does password would be jd1111. If you have changed your email password, use your new password to log in.
