Oregon Tech Has What’s Cool in Steel

Basin, the steel teaching sculpture located at Oregon Institute of Technology's Klamath Falls, Oregon campus, was recently featured in Modern Steel Construction magazine. Basin was designed by sculptor Lee Imonen, and is used by Oregon Tech’s Civil Engineering Department to help students better understand structural steel and physically demonstrating the many methods of steel framing and their corresponding connections.
