Oct. 23, 2013, Klamath Falls, ORE. – In the interest of helping future students learn more about the college application process, Oregon Tech partners with Educational Credit Management Corporation (ECMC) for College Night, Wednesday, November 6 at 6 p.m. in the College Union Auditorium. This free event for students and their families is aimed at demystifying the college planning process.
College Night helps new students navigate college planning, while providing current students with information regarding updates to types of aid available and additional scholarship opportunities. The event touches on three topics: applying for college, the financial aid process, and tips on applying for scholarships. Scholarships available include four $500 scholarships from ECMC and four additional $500 scholarships to Oregon Tech.
All current and future students are invited to attend, whether a high school senior or an adult looking to expand their education. Representatives from Klamath Community College and Oregon Tech will be on hand to answer questions.
Join us before the presentation begins for pizza and soda, and register to win a $500 scholarship. For more information please visit www.collegenights.org or contact Jason Coatney at email@example.com or 541-885-1289.
