Students should complete this application if all remaining degree
requirements will be taken from one of Oregon Tech's campus locations. The $50 application fee can be paid by credit card or echeck at the end

Dual Enrollment Applications
Use the Online
Application and select Dual Enrollment with the community college partner from the drop down menu. Dual enrollment allows flexible enrollment and
financial aid distribution to both campuses. The $50 application fee can be paid by
credit card or echeck at the

of your application.
Dually admitted students
only complete one application which authorizes Oregon Tech and the community
college partner to access and share information about you. Participating community

International Application
Graduate Program Application
Non-Admit (Non-Degree Seeking) Application
Use the Online
Application and select Non-Admit from the drop down menu. The Non-Admit (Non-Degree Seeking) application is an options for students who want to take classes for enjoyment or special interest. It allows community college students to take classes part-time before they have met Oregon Tech's requirements for a dual enrollment.
Please note, official transcripts are not required to be submitted with the
non-admit application, but students should be aware that they may have to submit official transcripts to verify
pre-requisites for registration purposes. Non-admit students can take up to 8
credits per term. Financial aid is not available for non-admit
students. Students must not have been admitted to the university in the past. Non-Admit applications must be
submitted no later than one week prior to the start of class.
International students who are attending another college or
university may take classes from Oregon Tech as a non-admit with prior
permission from their international student advisor at the institution
holding the I-20.Non-admit students are subject to the Registration
Policies of the Office of the Registrar.

Returning or Re-Applying Students
Students who have applied for admission to
Oregon Tech in the last two years, but have never taken a class from Oregon Tech
as a fully admitted student should fill out the Update
Application. If you have only taken classes as a non-admit student,
you will need to fill out a full online application.
Students who have
enrolled at Oregon Tech but have not taken a class from Oregon Tech for more
than four terms should fill out the Re-Enrolling
Application.
If you wish to be a dual enrolled student, you
must apply
online so we can send updated information to the community college
of your choice. If you use the same Login and PIN as before, it is a simple

Admission Application Login and PIN
At the start of your online application, it will request you create a login username and PIN number. We recommend you write this information down. You will use the username and PIN number to access your application status. This username and PIN number is unique to the Admissions Application login, and is not valid for accessing any other services.

Application Fee
There is a $50 non-refundable application fee. At the end of your online application, it will request you pay the fee. This can be paid by credit card or echeck from your checking account. If you need to pay by check, mail the payment to:

OUS Application Deferral Form
Qualifying students who wish to defer payment of Oregon Tech’s application fee should complete and submit the OUS application fee deferral form.
Graduate Applications have a seperate process, see the specific program's information for more details.
Applications for admission will only be reviewed for admission once all of the supporting application materials and payment have been received.
Residency Information
In Oregon, as in all other states, tuition at publicly supported four-year universities is higher for nonresident students than for resident students. General information regarding residency guidelines can be found on our Residency page.
Residency Questions on Your Admissions Application:
Oregon Institute of Technology Residency Form
This form is required when the student has neglected to complete the questions pertaining to residency when he or she initially completed their admissions application to Oregon Tech.
Residency Information Affidavit
This form is for students that need to explain how he or she qualifies as an Oregon resident.
Admissions Change Form
Students should complete the Admissions Change Form only if you
need to change your start term, major or campus location.
Dual Enrolled students, students that have changed their term more than once, or students that have already registered for classes should not use this form. Refer to the Admission Date Change Form for the Registrar's Office recommendations to changing your information, if you fall into one of these categories.
Admissions Advising
Advising is a crucial part of the admission process at Oregon Tech Wilsonville. We encourage prospective students to attend an Admissions Information Session before applying. This session will allow you to get more detailed information about Oregon Tech Wilsonville, admission requirements, and answers to your general questions. To sign up for an Admissions Information Session, review the upcoming times for the sessions on the Advising page and complete the Admissions Information Session Request Form.
Once a student has been admitted to Oregon Tech, they will be assigned an academic advisor. This is the faculty member who will advise them for the rest of their academic career at Oregon Tech.
