To be considered for admission to the OHSU / OIT Paramedic Education Program, an applicant must complete all prerequisite coursework prior to starting the Paramedic Education Program.
Submitting your Application After submitting your application, you should receive writing confirmation of receipt within two weeks. If you have not received notice, please contact our office.
Interviews Qualified applicants are invited to interview with the Admissions Committee beginning in March. The interview allows the Admissions Committee to explore your understanding of EMS, and your promise as a potential alumni. Further, the interview allows the opportunity for you to meet faculty members intimately involved with the Program.
FAFSA To be considered for need-based financial aid, including federal loans for the next academic year (beginning with the fall quarter), you will need to submit a Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) as early as possible.
