How to Apply

You may submit your application to the Clinical Lab Science program from September 1 through December 31.

Interview slots are limited; applications received in full before December 31 will be given top priority for interviews, which are necessary for consideration of admission to the program. You must submit your application complete.

Confidential Recommendation Form
Three recommendation forms must be submitted as part of your application. We strongly suggest you ask your recommending professors to write accompanying letters with the form.
