You may submit your application to the Clinical Lab Science program from September 1 through December 31.

Interview slots are limited. You must submit your application complete. Selected applicants will be interviewed in January. Offers will be sent in March.

Confidential Recommendation Form
Three recommendation forms must be submitted as part of your application. We strongly suggest you ask your recommending professors to write accompanying letters with the form.
