What made you decide to attend OIT?

I came to OIT because it is close to home and has an excellent student to faculty ratio. Getting to know your professors is a tremendous help to success and leads to a more enjoyable experience in the classroom.

What is (or was) your favorite class?

My favorite class I have taken was CIV 362. The water and sewer design projects were interesting and fun. And to top it off, our final was measuring the flow of a creek in the forest!

What career do you hope to have after you graduate from OIT?

I am interested in environmental engineering or water resource management.

What's the best thing about OIT?

The best thing about OIT is that you are not just a number. Staff and faculty really care.

Do you have any advice for new students?

Use a planner or calendar to write things down in order to stay organized. With school work, social life, and sometimes work, it's easy to forget things.
