Why did you choose OIT?

I was looking for a school that had a software engineering degree with a focus on hands-on learning. OIT had exactly what I was looking for.

What’s the best thing about OIT in general?

Even for the general courses, class sizes are small. This is great because you not only get to know the other students well, but also the instructors. Also, Klamath Falls is a dream for those that are into the outdoors. Fishing, hunting, camping and hiking opportunities are just minutes away.

What do you like most about your major?

The emphasis on labs gave me the experience I needed to start working without a lot of additional training.
