Nationally, psychology is the second most popular undergraduate major. The degree provides training into the labor force in a variety of areas and
professions. A baccalaureate in psychology qualifies a person to assist psychologists and other professionals in community mental health centers, vocational rehabilitation offices, hospitals and other health care facilities and correctional programs.
