About Our Program

After a shared two-year learning experience, our program allows students to choose among three emphasis areas:

Human Services - The human services emphasis focuses on preparing you for work with social service agencies and mandated clients.
Organizational Development - In organizational development, you will learn how businesses change and develop and how best to manage the evolution.
Pre-Education - In pre-education, you will prepare for graduate studies in education. There you may choose to focus on elementary, special, school counseling or secondary education with an emphasis in social sciences.

All three emphases employ seminars, externships, and senior projects to prepare students for exciting and rewarding careers in the field of psychology, or for additional coursework in graduate programs.
