How to Apply for Allied Health Management Program
Admissions Procedures and Requirements
Applicants
must meet the general admissions requirements to enroll in the Allied
Health Management program. To be eligible for admission applicants must
meet the following criteria:

Documentation of completion of registry or licensure in an allied health field.

All
applicants are required to submit an official Application for Admission
to the Distance Education Department at Oregon Tech, accompanied by a $100
non-refundable fee and official transcripts of each college or
university attended. Acceptance to the Allied Health Management degree
program is contingent upon acceptance to Oregon Tech.
